We ordered 2 Plain Bagels with Strawberry Cream Cheese. Tasted like Onions. They didn't have anything like the review pictures (no fruity pebbles bagel, for example.) So don't rely on those. As others have said, ordering is messed up. I walked in and didn't know where to order. (Order far right, pay far left.) The cashier then addressed the person that walked in behind me, as if I didn't even exist.

Always busy and takes awhile to get your food. I waited an hour. Nobody ever told me they didn't have an item in my order. They did rectify the situation, but you always run into some issue on a weekend. I wish they were a bit more careful about cross contamination, specifically hands touching meat and then vegetarian options.

This used to be a great place for bagels. Since the pandemic, their quality has gone down a notch. We ordered the bagel box deal and the server was acting like she was doing us a favor. Got home and the bagels were not as fresh as they should have been. We couldn't return them, as we had guests and needed to have these to serve them. We toasted them and they were passable.

If you are craving bagels-- you can't ask for more than Einstein brothers bagels! Any kind of bagel you can imagine they can make-- and the bagels are made just the right way. The perfect texture and flavor. I always get double cream cheese an a lot of napkins, lol. Enjoy!

Walked in and stood behind 2 people in the “order” line, only to be told several minutes later, they were taking orders at the “pay” window. I wanted 3 bagels, no cream cheese, not warmed, or cut. I had to wait after all the orders for sandwiches. The staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly. Would not return because they are VERY unorganized and not happy in their work environment.
